END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR XEDANT KEYWORD
HARVESTER SOFTWARE - PROFESSIONAL EDITION

IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Xedant for Xedant Keyword Harvester
Software - Professional Edition, which includes
computer software and may include associated media, printed
materials, and online or electronic documentation.

By installing or otherwise using Xedant Keyword Harvester
Software - Professional Edition, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE under this license is Xedant Keyword
Harvester Software - Professional Edition, hereinafter
known as "Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro", which
consists of executable files and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro are
exclusively owned by Xedant.com. All rights not
expressly granted here are reserved by Xedant.com.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using
Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of
this license, you must remove all files relating to
Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro
on one (1) computer, workstation or laptop. Unregistered use
of Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro is a violation of U.S. and
international copyright laws. If you wish to install and use
Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro on multiple computers,
multi-user licenses are available for purchase at our website.

5. REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer
Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro, or any its part, except
as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Xedant Keyword Harvester Pro is distributed "as is".
No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use
it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data
loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss
while using or mis-using this software.
